1. Acceptance of Terms
By enabling and using the Tidal Fandom Alexa skill ("the Skill"), you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Skill.
2. Description of Service
Tidal Fandom is an unofficial Alexa skill that allows you to stream music from your Tidal
account using voice commands. The Skill provides features including:
- Playing songs, albums, artists, playlists, and genres from Tidal
- Playback control (play, pause, next, previous, shuffle)
- Access to your Tidal favorites and playlists
- Adding songs to your Tidal favorites
3. Requirements
To use the Skill, you must have:
- An active Amazon Alexa-enabled device
- An active Tidal Premium or HiFi subscription
- A valid Tidal account in good standing
- Internet connectivity
Important: This Skill requires you to link your Tidal account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Tidal account credentials.
4. Unofficial Service
This Skill is an unofficial, community-developed project and is:
- NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tidal Music AS
- NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon or Alexa
- Provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
- Subject to changes or discontinuation at any time
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Skill only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain a valid Tidal subscription to access streaming services
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Skill
- Not use the Skill for any commercial purposes
- Respect Tidal's Terms of Service and intellectual property rights
- Keep your Tidal account credentials secure
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and contributors of this Skill shall
not be liable for:
- Any interruptions or errors in the Skill's functionality
- Loss of data or content
- Any issues arising from Tidal's service or API
- Any charges incurred from your Tidal subscription
- Unauthorized access to your accounts
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. No Warranty
THE SKILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR

8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Skill will be available at all times or without interruption.
The Skill may be affected by:
- Changes to Tidal's API or service
- Changes to Amazon's Alexa platform
- Maintenance or updates
- Technical issues beyond our control
9. Third-Party Services
Your use of Tidal through this Skill is subject to Tidal's Terms of Service. Your use of
Amazon Alexa is subject to Amazon's Terms of Use. You are responsible for complying with
all applicable third-party terms.
10. Account Linking and Data
When you link your Tidal account, you authorize us to access your Tidal account on your
behalf to provide the Skill's functionality. You can revoke this authorization at any time
by unlinking your account in the Alexa app.
11. Intellectual Property
- All music content is owned by the respective copyright holders and accessed through Tidal
- Tidal and related trademarks are property of Tidal Music AS
- Amazon, Alexa, and related trademarks are property of Amazon.com, Inc.
- This Skill's source code may be subject to open-source licenses
12. Termination
You may stop using the Skill at any time by:
- Disabling the Skill in your Alexa app
- Unlinking your Tidal account
We reserve the right to discontinue the Skill at any time without notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Skill after changes
constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at
the top of this document.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without
regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision
shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions
shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment: By using the Tidal Fandom skill, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
